Steps To Make Your Own Effective Coffee Enema

Although coffee enema is not a popular body detoxification method, it has been around since 1917 and was started by Dr. Max Gerson. Coffee enema is quite different from saline enema due to the caffeine and many substances in coffee that could stimulate the liver and able to speed up the detoxification process. So, how do you make your own coffee enema?

Coffee enema is easy to do and quite convenient. If you follow a step by step instruction, you can make your own coffee enema or by yourself. These steps doesn't require any supervision by specialist nor therapist. Here's a simple guide to make your own coffee enema at home:

These are the 3 steps to make your own coffee enema: prepare your coffee enema materials, cook the coffee, enter the coffee into the body. The first step, you need to get a reusable enema kit because it is recommended that you do coffee enema everyday for a week to see significant and obvious results. Next, you need to get yourself a pack of organic coffee that is not decaffeinated, coffee pot, a jug that could contain more than 1.5 litres of liquid.

Add 2 teaspoons of coffee powder with another 3 cups of water or more in the pot. Make sure it boils for 10 minutes. After boiling it, pour some cool water which is purified or filtered into the jug and pour the coffee you've cooked. Add the water to make sure the coffee reaches 1.5 litres. Use your hand to touch the coffee to make sure the temperature of the coffee is warm as your body temperature. It is important not to use hot liquid to do coffee enema.

The last step, use the coffee to do your coffee enema just like how you do saline enema. This method is simple and convenient. Try to hold the coffee for 10 minutes when it enters your body. At your first few times, you might not be able to hold half bag of the coffee. That's normal and don't force yourself to do so. Let everything into the toilet bowl and go back to continue with the rest of the coffee.

If you follow the method, you'll get to see liquid stools that are dark in color and smell horrible. Those are the wastes you accumulated and removed from your body with coffee. If you are lucky, you might get to see some worm shape parasites. Enjoy your coffee enema.
